+1 – I experince (nearly) the same issue when debug_log is activated. Error:

[07-Oct-2019 16:09:21 UTC] PHP Notice: BSR_DB::recursive_unserialize_replace(): The script tried to execute a method or access a property of an incomplete object. Please ensure that the class definition "Deconf_Service_Analytics_GaData" of the object you are trying to operate on was loaded _before_ unserialize() gets called or provide an autoloader to load the class definition in [path]/wp-content/plugins/better-search-replace/includes/class-bsr-db.php on line 344.

So – the error type is the same, but the reported class definition is different.

This happened while using the plugin to check if a specific email address exists somewhere in the database (it doesn’t).

Thanks for your quick replies – finally we decided to let Give WP go. The reason of this choice was the high number of plugins used on the site, lots of custom codes in the theme files as well, so in the end it seemed to be the best option to replace it with the official WooCommerce Name Your Price extension, already used to handle another custom feature requirement.

Not an ideal solution, but considering the facts you mention as well ( too many plugins connecting to Stripe in different ways => no good ), it seemed to be the most bulletproof amongst the alternatives.

Give WP rulez by the way!! Thanks for the great plugin, we’ll certainly get back to it on simpler sites not requiring a forest of various custom e-commerce features…

Thanks for your answer – based on what info we got from the Give WP support, it seems that Give Wp and WC Marketplace just can’t be used together.

Thanks for the quick follow-up – I’m afraid there’s not much I can add, besides the problem description in the topic starter.

I have added two screenshots to Imgur:

Displays the error we get when both the latest Give WP and WC Marketplace plugins are active. The backend becomes totally unavailable because of some plugin conflict.

Displays the error message our customers started to see on the donation page created with Give WP – since WC Marketplace is active.

Thanks for your quick response – it took some time to review the whole plugin infrastructure, and now we see that there are indeed some plugins incompatible/not tested with the recent WooCommerce version, and we also have some outdated custom templates.

So – I’m closing this ticket now. If after fixing everything we still see the error in the debug.log file, I’ll open a new one – but I agree, most probably the fixes will make the error go away.

Thanks for the quick answer – however the link you attached links to the client login screen, from where, after login and clicking over the Support link, I get to the same submission screen I’ve already used three times.

Now this submission form is pretty time-consuming, and I’m just tired of the whole stuff.
If you haven’t received any of my submissions, it means your support request system doesn’t work either, which raises the question how many of other paid user support requests you didn’t get.

If you have any other option to investigate this problem further, something that guarantees replies and trackability, I’m happy to use it.
