Hey there @jasogg we just released a new update v0.23.0 which includes a port of Flatsome theme compatibility engine from the Pro version of the plugin. It should now work without showing double images.
If it is some other theme than the Flatsome theme, please do let me know.

KrishnaHi there @urikanonov,
In the free version of our plugin here we offer support for all the themes that follow standard way of Featured Images/Thumbnails but going beyond in themes such as Flatsome it’s not so easy to maintain hence it is supported under our RSFV Pro plugin.

KrishnaHey @keeslamper,
Sorry that happened, Can you please connect at [email protected] so that I can look into this better and help debug this.Hi there @dragoslavv,
While we support all the core themes and variety of third party themes yet given the scale of themes overall its impossible to support all of them by default so we expect your help at times like this when you see an issue for your theme and something is unexpected, you can always report it back to us and we will try to have it fixed or add support for it.
This happens due to the nature of more premium and custom themes where they go beyond the standard way of WordPress/Woocommerce markup and add their own hence these wildcards cannot always be accounted from the already available code in the plugin, we tend to have to always add a fix/patch for them in order to make them work with the plugin if not already.
If you still wish to continue using the plugin, you can report your issue at [email protected] and we will try to look into it.
Hope this helps ??Hi there @zylaris,
I have created RSFV for one thing and one thing only in mind, but it grew into something else and mostly what features our users requested. It takes enormous effort and time in supporting themes and different layouts for the features which we already provide for free, and to continue on with new features we had to take the premium route, there is no other way to keep the plugin development active and I know for a fact as a plugin user myself anyone like you or me would want the plugin they use on their site to be consistently updated and working for years to come.
This is what goes when we want to support majority of the free users while keeping the ongoing development in check.
I’d really appreciate if you could update your review and rate it for what we already provide in free and not for the pro version if you’re not willing to support at the moment. I run this company by myself and it’s all that I have and take pride for while continuously developing for the better, and to have it all thrown under the bus due to what you couldn’t get in free vs pro is kind of very unsupportive in all honesty.
Have a great day ??Hi @jackhivecreative, This is a known Elementor issue and will get fixed soon although I don’t have an ETA at the moment for this but it will arrive in one of the coming updates.
We include initial support for third party plugins and themes as much as possible in the free version but due to the nature of wp.org plugins and us being a very small business we can barely afford to provide additional support for free, so we expect if there is a request being made it needs to go through paid support else the fixes come naturally in due time.
It takes a lot of effort and time to add fixes and maintain a plugin like this, so it helps to get support for the time invested in some way when users do choose to use it and need any additional support especially for premium plugins/themes.
This version on wp.org is a community supported plugin, but we still try to go over and beyond to answer any and every question.
I really appreciate you, but please help support us if you wish to have the plugin actively maintained for many many years to come.
I’m a one man army here, running this whole business. So as a small business owner, I will always be thankful to you and everyone for supporting my business ??

Hi there @indrekhirsnik,
We offer additional support to themes and behaviors in our Pro plugin for features other than what’s already included in the free version. If you’d like to try it you can take a look at the Pro version and I’d be happy to get Astra Pro’s templates addressed for the same.
You also get priority email support for faster response times – https://smalltowndev.com/really-simple-featured-video/
Best,
KrishnaHi there @starpainttech, our Pro plugin does include this feature – https://smalltowndev.com/really-simple-featured-video
It’s a continuous effort where we guarantee to keep the features updated and maintained, compared to many of the free plugins here which might not in a few months time ??
