In stripe dashboard I have more options active.

Yes, indeed its working now. I was testing it on ticket for 1 PLN and it was having error, when i increased the price to 10 PLN, the error disaperd. But no problem I will not be seling tickets for 1PLN, did this only for testing.
But I have another question in the tickets setting it shows multiply stripe payment options, but when I want to buy the ticket it only shows credit card. How to enable more payment options?

Thanks for looking in to this. Maybe this was cache that needed to be rebuild that fixed the issue

If I enable in woocoomerce allow userd to place the order without an account, the freshly purcheased corse is not added to the user account.

Yes, it was not enbaled. Now works correctly.
I think that anable/disable should be moved to inline setting, becasue I was there looking for that setting.
