Please Follow the below steps it will help you o setup your theme.

For Slider

Step 1. Go to Dashboard >> Add new page >> Add Title, content and featured image >> publish it.

Step 2. Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >> Slider Settings >> Here select the page which you have created for slider. also, Click twice on the hide and show checkbox publish it. Visit Site to see the slider.

For Featured Products.

Step 1. Go to Dashboard >> Add new page >> Add Title, add the woocommerce shortcode in content >> publish it.

Step 2. Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >> Featured Product >> Here select the page which you have created for Product section.

Below are the steps are given to set up the theme

== Step to setup theme static page. ==

Step 1. Go Dashboard >> new page named as “Home” and select the template “Custom Home”.

Step 2. Go Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Homepage Settings >> Select “Home” in static page.

== For Contact Details ==

Step 1. Go to customizer >> Theme Settings >> Contact Details >> here you can add your contact details like contact number and email

== For Social Icon Section ==

Step 1. Go to customizer >> Theme Settings >> Social Icon Section >> here you can add your Social media link.

I have checked your issue, the social icon is working properly on my site. I think you have installed some plugins which are conflicting with the social icon.
