I have been working on one for quite a while now, but still having difficulty recreating the demo site: https://cardemons.com/demon_demo/

It appears to be using the Suffusion theme. But I cannot figure out how the slider with the search widget got there. Nor can I figure out how the 3 rectangles below that got there. That is a pretty good layout whoever did it.

Same problem here. I have tried using HTML redirect in a page. Then tried the Quick Redirect plugin; however because I am redirecting to custom area (not even sure what it is) It will not redirect. I even tried the alternate Quick 301 Redirect and it did not work.
