In reply to: [Social Images Widget] does not work@sandyswanson We just resolved the issue. There were some issues with the plugin’s access to the Facebook / Instagram API which have just been resolved. I have verified this on our demo website. Please reconnect your Instagram account and this should now be working as expected. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

In reply to: [NSFW] [Kale] Header@spirulaire Thanks for reaching out and for trying Kale. I am wondering if you are seeing the featured image section on your pages? Does something like this show up for you when you edit the page: https://prntscr.com/u98mdw ?

In reply to: [Kale] Customise not working@lunalinnemann this usually happens when there is a conflict somewhere – try disabling all your plugins and try again. If it works, then try enabling the plugins one by one to isolate the culprit.

In reply to: [Kale] Low Premium Options + Poor Support@expofield I am sorry to hear about your experience. I just checked and the last correspondence we have from you at ThemeForest is at least 7 months ago. On our own help desk, I have a refund request from you from Mar 2020. I have not heard from you since then, when I asked you when you had submitted the request as we had not yet received it via ThemeForest.
A comparison between the free and premium versions of the theme can be seen here: https://www.lyrathemes.com/kale/#comparison We would have been happy to assist you in making the most of the premium features, but I am sorry to see we did not get the chance to work together.
We wish you the best of luck for your website.

In reply to: [Kale] Mobile view error@thefoodspiration If it is only happening on Mobile view, then can you please check if you have a mobile view plugin set up – possibly using Jetpack? Are you using any other plugin to manipulate the mobile view? I would suggest disabling all plugins and see if that helps. Feel free to reach out with more details here https://www.lyrathemes.com/support/

In reply to: [Elara] How can I add popup code to Elara theme Header@motionsandemotions Hi there! Thanks for using Elara, we appreciate it ??
In order to add code to the <head> section of your website, we would suggest installing this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/
After installing and activating the plugin, go to Settings > Insert Headers and Footers. Copy and paste your code into the “Scripts in Header” field.

In reply to: [Kale] Adding previous and next post links in single post@praneethagoutham This would require a slight change to the single.php file.
Change this
<div class="previous_post"><?php previous_post_link('%link','%title',true); ?></div> <div class="next_post"><?php next_post_link('%link','%title',true); ?></div>
to this
<div class="previous_post"><?php previous_post_link('%link','%title'); ?></div> <div class="next_post"><?php next_post_link('%link','%title'); ?></div>
