Login to your site admin > pages.

you need to edit the file permission to 755 on /home/webadmin/freedomhouseofart.com/html/wordpress/wp-content/uploads this directory

you simple create a new form via contact form 7 and paste the code to your contact page (it’s really simply code, or i should say it’s just some words), if you want to edit it, you also need to edit from the oontact form 7 setting and it will reflect to your contact page.

I think you just need to have a related theme.

you should have configured directory browsing, you should disable it, if you add “index.php” directly behind the url it should work fine.

most of the time it’s permission issue. try to re-set your site working directory permissions.
