Hi, yes we are connected to cloudflare.

In that option – this is enabled.

–?Let Wordfence use the most secure method to get visitor IP addresses. Prevents spoofing and works with most sites.?(Recommended)

We have just changed it to cloudflare option. Will let you know in a few days if we see this error again.

Yes, via FTP , we need to remname only then we get access. We have been facing this issue again and again. every few days.

Have emailed you the diag report on the email ID as well.

this is a very erratic plugin, maybe we will move away from this one and go to another one, as Google Does require all images to bein Webp and similar formats. And the homepage especially needs to be in one.

thanks it has been removed, however next time there should be a button to disable it permamently. As your dashboard ad makes it WordPress expereince very slow.

I meant permanent diable it. Everytime I open it, it keeps popping. It is making my dashboard slow.

those are from the previous plugin. Webp express. But we have removed and put your plugin. However it is not showing webp. For example.

Deactviated all other plugins too and kept this one on.
yet, there was error.

It went away after a week, but came back again.

Hi, thanks, we just upgraded to 1.50 and it has become much better. WP dashboard is not slow anymore.
