I tried contacting bluehost, but they say, that I have to reset my password, which I’ve done many times without being able to use my login afterwards. Are there any other options than to contact bluehost? The domain name is testshock.com – I typed it wrong earlier.

My site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so does that mean, that I have to find a host and perform backups? By the way – thanks a lot for helping; I’ve tried almost everything!
