In reply to: [Plugin: Event Registration] Upload to plugins – plugin is a no-showDavid,
This is a very useful plugin and much to my surprise, there aren’t too many (if any) similar plugins to rival yours. Great job!
I am using version 3.0 with WP 2.7.1. A few issues:
1) Drop downs in the custom questions are not going to the db.
2) how can I name one of the items in the drop downs to be the default item to show on page load?
3) I am getting the 2 custom emails from wordpress ( I, person’s name ….) have signed up…I’d like to delete this email. Only those who have successfully paid by paypal should get an email confirmation.
4) All registrants are paying by paypal; how can I delete the choice of payment – the default will be paypal. Thanks, Marlon

In reply to: [Plugin: Widget Logic] widget_content not persistingSerious issue here: if I modify a widget that is found on say 3 of my 6 pages, why do I need to go to each page containing that widget and save it in order for the new change in the widget to be shown? Is this a bug in widget logic or am I missing something?

In reply to: [Plugin: Widget Logic] Showing a widget everywhere BUT on one specific page?Alan,
This may seem weird – when there is a change to the widget, why do I have to go to each page containing this widget and resave them in order for the change in the widget to be affected?

In reply to: WP e-Commerce issueI’d like to add to my post above…ran into the same issue and noticed that doing the above sometimes worked. You also need to delete the pages that wp-shopping cart sets up when initially activated. This should work.

In reply to: WP e-Commerce issueI FIXED IT!!!!
Somebody, please give me some hard cash for this!! Okay, here’s how this was resolved – took me a while but got it.
If you are using the wp-super cache plugin and it is activated, take a look at your wp-config.php file. Chances are, the define(‘DB_NAME’, entry will be commented out. Move it right below the define(‘WP_CACHE’ line. Save the file.
Then, deactivate wp-shopping, delete from the plugin folder. Download a fresh copy, and put it back into the plugins folder. Activate and viola! You should see a bunch of new files in your mysql db.
