Do you still have the plugin installed? It’s probably not working because you have the contact form set up to redirect after being completed. I would try disabling that feature and see if you are getting analytics data.

Maybe so; I’m not familiar with CAOS at all. If you look in Standard Google Analytics under Behavior > Events > Top Events and then click on “Contact Form” you should see some events.

@charlesrodmell You’d have to set the label to “Form ID 94” etc., since that is what the plugin sends as the event label.

Could have been a caching issue? I just tested the form on the contact-us page and it appears to be sending data to Google Analytics:

Are you seeing the data come through now?

Question 1 (check again vs. refreshing the page): chances are that the multiple caches were still in effect (more info here about the levels of caching).

Question 2 (introductory video): For the intro video, you can copy the embed code from YouTube and add the loop=1 parameter. For example:

<iframe width="1280" height="720" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/EDyRZmU62MQ?autoplay=1&loop=1" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Question 3 (end of video): currently, this plugin does not detect when a live video has finished, since I assumed that most people would simply close the page when the video is over. I may add that feature at some point.

@danielgc What URL is the contact form you’re using?

@maruferrer Are you still not seeing any events under Behavior > Events with the event category “Contact Form”?

I just tested the contact form at https://www.storagecompat.com.ar/contacto/ and it’s sending data to Google Analytics: when the form is submitted.

Looks like it’s working now:

Can you double-check that the v1.3 is activated? It should be adding a Javascript file on the page, and I’m not seeing it. Maybe clear your site’s cache, if you have any caching enabled?

Can you try this updated version of the plugin? https://github.com/macbookandrew/cf7-google-analytics/archive/v1.3.0.zip

Deactivate and remove the old version before installing and activating this.
