Seven tabs. No default info.

The tabs show up on the front end if we “update” the product without making any changes. Edit Product > Update. (per your suggestion) Does not work if you view product list & quick edit, or bulk edit. Has to be individual product edit.

I can start a new thread if you would like me to.

Following this thread because we are having the same problem. Update did not fix it.

Solved. Mine was a problem with Woo Shipping & Tax plugin. They are going to provide an update with a fix soon. Hopes this info helps someone!

The default memory in this shared environment was 64MB. The max allowable by the system is 256MB. I was adjusting the memory via the site’s cPanel php ini editor to 128MB. Trying to up it with the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT won’t exceed those limits.

However, now it looks like it was reset to 32MB possibly during a server software update middle of last year and I never noticed it & didn’t think to check it because it should be a constant. That site isn’t very active & doesn’t run any “heavy” plugins, nothing caught my attention before this.

Regardless, the memory has been bumped up to the max allowed, PHP switched to vs 8.1, every thing seems to be working well now. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction!

Sorry for delay. Only just now got to this.

The answer is it worked on some of them. I have a patch of about 8 entries that didn’t change to “never” expire, but they did change to a year from today. That’s less of a problem to update than 40 or 50, so I’m not complaining. But I can’t explain why they didn’t update right.

Also – please add to wish list the ability to either sort on expires on date, or filter by. That would make things a lot easier to track down.

Working site is still on 4.x. Test site was upgraded to look for problems and see if it fixed this issue. I will follow through and confirm results later today.

The free plan IS unlimited length, but it was changed to that after the site had launched with expiration dates for some of the entries. Now new entries don’t expire, but older entries had to be updated when they expired and that seems to work for converting them to the new “unlimited”.

But, even if the admin did bulk renewals for all the listings (not just expired), some of the listings that had multiple categories would only renew 1 category at the “never” expire term. Doesn’t seem to be any clear cut way to renew the listing, in all its categories, via the bulk method.

That being said, I’ll try it the way you’re suggesting, see how that goes. So I’m clear on this, all I need to do is remove the empty the date column for all listings in the csv?

Has anybody figured this out yet? I’ve tried everything I can think of with no luck.

Okay I’ve gone through it again. Nothing shows up in the error_log.

When you are saving new ad, do you save with the button immediately under the info? Or further down?

It renewed last night. I don’t know if that’s normal or if somebody helped it. *shrug*

Solution is either set it back to auto-renew & wait, or set it back to auto-renew and start asking question. ??
