  • I’m having the same exact problem! Help!!! I thought I was crazy but glad to see someone else is having the same problem. I tried to delete the menu and create a new one. Doesn’t help. I tried to delete the contact page and re-add it– nope! & the weirdest thing is, even when I delete the contact page it still shows up in the menu and I can’t change it.

    Then I thought maybe if I rolled back the theme to a previous version it would help– nope! Still the same. Odd, I’ve used this theme several times now and never had this trouble. I hope I don’t have to choose an entirely different theme.

    Maybe it’s a WordPress bug? Maybe not a bug of the theme itself? I’m very confused. I tried to just override everything and use mega main menu plug in but that was all messed up too somehow. Couldn’t get it to work the same as I have on other themes.

    Also, I noticed that even though I didn’t have the top menu checked it creates a top menu you can’t get rid of. I had to go in and make it not display in the custom CSS.

    Also, sometimes the logo will not show up if I mess around with it too much. This is getting to be exasperating.

    What does any of this have to do with gig press not being responsive on mobile???

    Nevermind, I figured it out. I’m hoping that won’t also remove blog titles when I go to post blogs though. hmmmm

    It’s h1.entry-title{display:none}

    Now I’m wondering how to remove the gray background of the menu (make it clear) and make the menu font black text. Possible? It would even be better if the container were just white and not a brown/black gradient.

    Nope me and penvenom had the same issue. Thanks Penvenom for solving my problem!! Evidently you know how to use the plug-in better than the people who made it. ??

    Soooo, the latest beta version “might” solve this issue. Tried changing the permalinks, no dice. Do you think it has something to do with my host?? When will the new NextGEN version officially be out? I don’t want to go through the rigmarole of uploading/installing the latest beta if the new one is just going to come out in a week anyway. I might be able to live with decapitated heads until then. Thanks! Fantastic plug-in even if it does cut off the heads- saves a ton of time and works beautifully!

    I’ve tried that. Still doesn’t work. Is there some type of update WordPress needs to do? Did they do something to make it too secure or what?? Is everyone having this problem??

    Ever since I downloaded the new version of WordPress FS Contact form won’t work on any of the sites I have it on. I’ve updated it. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled, still nothing. Furthermore, no other contact form will work either that I’ve tried. Contact form 7 has the same problem. What the heck is going on? I’m really annoyed by this since I have like 100 sites with contact forms on them. Luckily I haven’t updated to the new wordpress on all my sites yet. yikes. HELP!!!

    Contact form 7 won’t work on any of my sites either, furthermore nor will any of the other contact forms I’ve tried. What the heck happened? Did WP do something to make it TOO secure or what??? Does anyone know of a contact form that still works and is easy to use?? Thanks

    Ever since I updated to the new version of WordPress none of my contact forms work and I’ve updated the plug-in. I have this thing on like every website because it was the only one I liked. What’s going on? Is there a bug in the new wordpress? Is their another contact form plug-in that’s half way as good as contact form 7?? Thanks!
