Hello and sorry for my late reply!
I forward your advise to my hosting provider, he did what you say but still the problem exists.
Everything works fine in 4.6 version but when i change it in 4.7 there is a chaos in the comments.
I think i will wait for new version to fix that bug.

Please inform the developers for this wordpress bug so to fix it in the next version.

1. I dont use cache either plugins
2. Im using cloudflare
3. Now im running 4.61 because my users confused after upgrade and cannont find their comments. But i keep a screenshot to see how the comments appear after 4.7 upgrade.
Normally should display the comments of 2016 but shows the 2012 comments. The oldest not the newest comments.
