Looks like this plugin hasn’t been updated in quite some time, is it still being supported?

The whole site is WordPress, but the WP core files are not in the root. Also, revising my earlier statement, Basic Caching is also not working reliably. Sometimes I’ll see the debugging comment, other times I won’t.

If I use Basic Caching, it works, but Falcon Engine doesn’t. Are you setup for situations where WordPress is not installed in the root? In that case there are two htaccess files, one in the root and one in the WordPress folder. I noticed that W3TC modifies the htaccess in the root folder, while yours modifies the one in the WordPress folder. Could that be the problem?

I checked it using Chrome’s “incognito” mode, thinking that would be a browser with no cookies, correct? Site is here.

I have the same issue. The .htaccess has been modified, but the debugging data is not appearing on pages even though it’s selected. I’m not logged-in when checking, and I’ve checked with multiple browsers.

It identifies my Surface Pro Tablet as a phone.

I’ve seen a few old thread about this but no solution. In on thread Frederick said it would be fixed in a future version. That was a year ago, and obviously it’s not fixed.

I loosened up the permissions on my .htaccess file and reactivated WP-Listings, but I don’t see written anything in .htaccess by WP-Listings. What should be there? Perhaps I could add it manually. (When W3TC can’t write to .htaccess it gives a warning and tells me what to add.)

By default (the way I have it set) CloudFlare only caches images and CSS, not HTML.

My theme does have a custom post type, “Portfolio”, but it’s a totally different slug, so I’m not sure that could cause the problem.

Does your plugin need to write to wp-config.php or .htaccess or anything? I have permissions locked down a bit on those, so the plugin wouldn’t be able to write to them.

I see your latest update offers the ability to change the Listings post type slug to resolve such conflicts. Strange thing is, I’ve changed this multiple times (and yes, reset my permalinks each time) and I still get a 404 on the WP-Listings archive and on single listing pages. So it’s not simply a matter of some specific redirect hijacking the /listings/ directory. Very strange. Just thought I’d let you know in case that gives you any ideas on the subject.

Hmmm. This is a pretty darn new WP install, just a few months old. (I just moved hosts and had the new host do a clean WP install before the migration.) Everything else is working fine, just not the WP-Listings plugin. I can’t imagine what could go wrong with a WP install that would make only /listings/ redirect. If there’s nothing else it could be, I guess I’ll have the host install another WP instance and report back.

OK, so far I have tried disabling W3TC, WordPress SEO, and Simple Real Estate Pack. No help so far. Tonight I’ll try disabling all plugins and will report back.
