What happens next? Does the donation associated with the whitelisted email get processed?
If yes, how long does it take?If no, what steps should I take after whitelisting an email to make sure the donation gets processed?

Please check the screen log when you try to change the permission. That might give you a clue about the problem the server has with your request.

https://www.landoflearning.co.uk/wp-login.phpIf it works and you are able to log in, you can change the currently active theme from DIVI to a default theme from the dashboard ( Appearance > Themes ).
Once the theme is changed, you could follow the advice above from James Huff.
