If you have any device with the Safari browser installed you could test this, it doesn’t only have to be on a mobile device.
Additionally, do you have logging turned on for WooCommerce Payments? If you don’t will you please enable logging in the settings and then please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Are you using Google Analytics 4 (G-) or Universal Analytics (UA-)? Your tracking ID should either have the (G-) or the (UA-) tag at the beginning to tell you what version you are using. I think you are using the Universal Analytics version based on the Enable Standard Tracking option that you have.
If so, you will need to turn on Enhanced eCommerce in your Google Analytics dashboard. You can find how to do that here.
Let us know if you see the setting then!

Can you let us know if you have conflict tested? We want to rule out any conflict with another plugin or theme.
The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Braintree
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem

I noticed you mentioned you were trying to connect it to Instagram and Facebook. At this time Instagram isn’t supported through the Facebook plugin so you will have to leave that box unchecked as this note states in the docs. Will you try to remove Instagram and connect again?

While we don’t provide custom code per our Support Policy, you may want to check out a plugin to achieve this such as Conditional Shipping and Payments. You may need to customize this a bit based on how the Yith Add-on plugin creates add-on products. You can also reach out to the Yith developers to see how the plugin creates the add-on product type so that you are able to target it. I hope this points you in the right direction!Forum: Plugins

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
