Hi Abu, yes I enabled the pre-loader, removed re-captcha entirely from the site, cleared the cache and it still did not work. I also tried deactivating all of the plugins and switching to the twenty-twenty-two theme, cleared the cache, and it still did not work.

Hi Abu, I’ve now tried switching off all of the plugins except BEAF and switched to twenty-twenty-two theme, and the slider still won’t load. I’ve had to turn the plugins back on so my site is functioning, but it doesn’t appear to be a theme or plugin conflict. Is there anything else I can do to fix this?

Hi Abu, I tried turning off recaptcha on the entire site and the images are still not loading. I also tried deactivating the form plugin and the loading issue persists.

I also switched off the lazy load option in the plugin and that did not work either.

Could it be something else causing this?

Would any of these plugins cause the success message to show up twice like that?

Hey Takayuki, thanks for the reply. It’s on the homepage, which I’ve linked to this request. I was using some workaround CSS that forced the spinner to appear, but I’ve removed that now so you can see how it actually behaves.

I put a solid border around the .wpcf7-spinner element just to see if it was even there, and it is, but it seems to be collapsed to a width of 0.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

It was SMTP as you said originally. Although that didn’t really explain why entries where not being logged either. But I’ve resolved the issue anyway. Thanks for your help and your plugin!

Hey Munir, I’ll give that a try. I tested the form with two different emails, one Gmail and one Yandex. Is it likely SMTP is the problem?
