In reply to: [SendGrid] Invalid API Key messageI also had this issue.
Then realised I was pasting the API KEY ID from https://app.sendgrid.com/settings/api_keys (and not the API KEY itself). This API KEY ID is somewhat confusing. I am used to getting the ‘real’ API key from my account with many other apps. With Sendgrid, the API KEY is only shown ONCE it is generated. There is no way to see/retrieve it later.
It’s not really intuitive for API keys not to be shown under an ‘API Keys’ menu. Also what are API KEY ID shown for?
Anyway, just generated a new key and all works fine.

In reply to: [Mongoose Page Plugin] Share button: error "App not setup…"Cameron thanks for the update.
The ‘Share’ button has now been replaced by a ‘Sign-up’ button.
I do have a sign-up button on my FB page but definitely prefer to have a ‘Share’ button showing on my website.
How can I change this? For me the tracking code just doesn’t show… I may be lucky!
I delete this useless plugin now.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Mongoose Page Plugin] Display on Firefox?I also noticed that the widget no longer displayed after upgrading Firefox some time ago. I think FF v40.
I kind of understood that among the new features, FF now blocks external stuff that are loaded on a website.
Could someone confirm this?

It is now Jan 2016.
This means v4 was announced 1 year ago or more.
Can it take another year?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Gravity Forms + Custom Post Types] Bug: taxonomy labels not savingAh I see.

In reply to: [Gravity Forms: Post Updates] Post status ignoredIn my case, the status set for custom post types submitted with GF is “pending review”. This works fine when submitting the original post with GF.
When a cpt is published and then edited by user using this same GF, it should be saved again as “pending review” as set in GF.
But it is not. The cpt is edited and saved as published (instead of pending review status), which defies the purpose of having a review step.Any idea how to fix this?

In reply to: [Gravity Forms + Custom Post Types] Bug: taxonomy labels not savingHi David,
I’m using checkboxes that are populated with a taxonomy.
Under the General tab, the field choices are nicely populated.
When I now check the “show values” checkbox, it seems that I have the possibility to change the label of taxonomy terms, as opposed to the value of the term itself.
I have tried to modify this label, but upon clicking “Update Form”, those custom labels are not saved.
Are you able to replicated this?Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Stream] Inconsistent display of events, and IP address belongs to serverHi Luke,
Regarding the IP address issue with CloudFlare, I have just learnt that CloudFlare has a plugin to specifically deal with this:
The main purpose of this plugin is to ensure you have no change to your originating IPs when using CloudFlare. Since CloudFlare acts a reverse proxy, connecting IPs now come from CloudFlare’s range. This plugin will ensure you can continue to see the originating IP.

Just tested with Stream. Issue resolved.
