In reply to: IE not showing Media & Text Block side by sideI have the same exact problem. Worse because the client noticed it before I did (since I’ve long since given up on IE). Please advise when/if there is a solution!! really unfortunate since the media-text module looks great on all other devices and browsers.

So would this be a theme conflict, meaning I can’t use your plugin?Got it – strange the plugin didn’t say it needed updated, but deleting and reinstalling seems to have done the trick. Thanks for your help!
Thanks – it works on desktop when I reduce the browser width, but it still is not working for me on my iPhone 6. Have cleared cache. Menu disappears after a little scrolling.

In reply to: [VS Event List] Events displaying by post date instead of event dateStill having trouble with events order – working around it by putting the posting date in the order I want.
Also now noticed another problem – TODAY’s events are not showing. Any advice?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [VS Event List] Events displaying by post date instead of event dateThanks for your reply Guido, Sorry I was off for holidays. The site is now launched at ilovemimico.com – the theme is Templatic’s Directory – City Guide. https://templatic.com/app-themes/directory-theme
If you can sort out the order issue that would be great. For now I guess I’ll have to adjust the posting date so they list according to the event date.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Compact WP Audio Player] extra /p tag inserted after first trackFound the answer: Wrapping Text Around the Audio Player
If you want to wrap some text around the audio player then use the following in the “Text” view of the post/page editor:
<p style=”display: inline”>My Audio: </p>[sc_embed_player fileurl=”https://www.example.com/my-music/mysong.mp3″%5D
Alternatively, use the following in the “Text” view of the post/page editor (wrap the audio player shortcode in another CSS class with float):
Some example text
<div style=”float: left;”>
[sc_embed_player fileurl=”https://www.example.com/my-music/mysong.mp3″%5D
</div>Forum: Plugins

In reply to: Problem with color of photo's uploaded to blogI have the same problem. Some (not all) photos uploaded through wordpress get a greenish tinge. It is not the monitor – I am comparing both photos side by side on my monitor. I uploaded several times, tried original size and tried PNG format as well, no luck. The only solution I came up with was uploading the file by ftp and linking to it, instead of uploading through WordPress. Which is going to be a pain when my clients want to upload photos into their own sites…

In reply to: Change font size of submit/subscribe buttonAs a follow up – I would also like to reduce the spacing between the elements of the Subscribe form so they look more like a unit. Can’t find the css that does this… I see the widget spacing, but I’m happy with the spacing of the other widgets, this one seems to be different.

In reply to: Password protect blog area, but not other pagesSo, in a nutshell, no it’s not possible to go halfway – to protect a blog area within a wordpress site, or a section of a blog. You can protect the whole site, or you can protect each post individually. Am I right?
