The URLs with the?wp-content/uploads are working properly, and they are opening the images not 404, i just hid half of the link due to privacy concern. I dont want them to come in google webmaster.

Many attachments are getting indexed by google redirecting to their post like you can see here all the attachment_id are indexed.

So the plugin does not take the focus keywords I give it. It just make suggestions on its own based on the input I give it.

The links you provided only tell about how to do keyword research, I am asking how the plugin works and makes use of focus keyword.

I have more than 400 post on my site so there is no chance that it cannot find post.
Also I can set it in widget but what about footer which always sets back to 5 from 10.
I have to set it after every few hours again both for footer and widget.

In my case it was the ads. When I disabled them it was working properly. I contacted them to correct it.

Thanks for all the help man. At last I found the solution it was the ads on my site. They were causing these errors.

Also I am using wordfence since the first day of site and have applied optimal settings for my site. It also notifies me of no malicious activity or files.

I reached out to them and they are saying that there are no malicious activity on my site and files are clean. It is something else. I am completely stuck in what to do. Please help, I can completely follow what you say to help me resolve it.

Hey whenever you open any post, just right click on the left arrow icon(go back to previous page). There you will see many pages of same post are opened.

Hey the same thing is happening with my other site blissfulnoises.com .
Could you please check that too and see in tab history why it is opening multiple times.

Also I checked my site on virus total, wordfeence and google search console and the results are positive. Still I will keep on looking what’s causing this issue.

I think it is the same multiple post redirect issue which does not let you open the site.
