I have been searching the forums and none of the suggestions helped.

Think the reason why no one is giving the steps, is cause the issue happens suddenly so none of us know what happened.

On my side, I have not edited the team profiles for at least a month and I just checked on the site a week ago and found the missing biodata.

I don’t think its a theme or plugin issue as I have tested it on localhost and it has been running for months on the production environment without any issue.

All I see in the text editor is a blank space. However the page preview still shows the content. If I try to type something in the blank space, the input will replace all the original content (which is already not seen in the editor).

I did not switch themes and the html codes are gone too. I can actually see the content on the preview page but the editor is blank and I can’t edit it at all.
