Sorry – I forgot to mark this as resolved.
Thank you – yes – My client added some new “logos” to the slider and those popped up on GTMetrix as affecting our site speed.
Thank you for giving me an image size to work with (266px by 250px). It will help me explain to her why she needs to avoid just uploading any image into the slider.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Images not showing on CalendarHi – Just wanted to say I fixed the issue.
I am leaving this message here in case anyone else discovers that hovering over the events on the calendar will pull up the event but where the image should be is nothing but a blank white square:
In our case, I discovered that turning on Jetpack’s “Lazy Load Images” feature actually created a delay for the Featured Image in the Events calendar – causing it to “disappear”. Once I switched the Lazy Load Images feature to “off” – all of the featured images were once again visible when we hover over different events on the calendar page.
Hope that helps someone else with a similar issue ??

Hi –
I just figured it out. I found someone else had the same question – so I changed the Page slug to “portfolio” and now the photo album opens perfectly!
Just wanted to let you know and if anyone else has the same problem I hope my answer helps.
No need to respond ~

Hi Mike,
That would be terrific! I just sent you an email from my gmail.
If Monday at 9 am is still available for a walk-through of this process I will take it!
Thank you so much!

Hi Shawn,
Thank you for the information – Bluehost sent us back an email insisting it was the powerpress plugin that was causing the problem. I’ll go back to them and try to find out more about Encapsula.
Thanks!
Hi Shawn – I sent a message to iTunes Support and one of their techs came back with this response:
“The problem isn’t in the feed. Although I was able to download your feed and look at it, attempting to validate it in Feedvalidator produced the following code instead of the feed:
<html>
<head>
<META NAME=”robots” CONTENT=”noindex,nofollow”>
<script src=”/_Incapsula_Resource?SWJIYLWA=5074a744e2e3d891814e9a2dace20bd4,719d34d31c8e3a6e6fffd425f7e032f3″>
</script>
<body>
</body></html>This means that something in the way your server is set up is blocking access to the feed for some clients including, it would appear, the iTunes application and certainly Podcasts Connect. You need to take this up with the people running your server.”
I’ll give our Hosting provider a call – but I was curious – I am not a Server expert so I was just wondering if you’ve seen this before and do you understand what it actually means?
Thanks!
Hi Shawn,
Here’s the feed I am getting the XML error message on:
https://www.inspirednewsradio.com/category/mind-your-own-business/feed/podcast/
“Can’t Parse your feed. Invalid XML: Error on line 7: The element type “META” must be terminated by the matching end-tag “</META>”.
I am new to working with podcasts and feeds and just do not know how to fix the “Error on Line 7” message because I don’t know where to find the code to add the closing META tag that seems to be missing.
I would attach a screenshot of what I am seeing but there doesn’t seem to be a way to do that in this forum.
Thanks for getting back to me, I’m just trying to find a way to solve the problem.

In reply to: [PowerPress Podcasting plugin by Blubrry] Can’t Parse FeedThe episode is not showing a description at all? OK. It actually has a single sentence in the text editor. Just like the first episode of the first podcast which was validated.
Well. This is interesting.
The client is supposed to be supplying me with longer descriptions – I’ll see if any of them are ready and try again.
Thank you for the insight and the suggestion!

In reply to: [PowerPress Podcasting plugin by Blubrry] Can I set a Featured Image?Hi,
Thank you – we got it figured out – not sure if it was due to the 5.0 update or the theme update – but the featured image is now showing up again.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Calendar now looks distortedHi Ben,
Actually I was using the Month View and it looks huge.
So I switched it to Week View this morning to see if it looks any better.
Now I just switched it back to Month View – so you can see what I am talking about. If you can take a quick look at it you will see what I mean – it’s huge.
It did not look like this before.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Only One Category (Event) is displayingHi Ben,
I went into settings and yes, there is a list of preselected categories. The one called Mind Your Own Business has a grey color across it. So it looks like someone “Selected” it – but I’m not sure why that is.
Do I need to clear this entire list? (I see instructions to do so.) And if I clear the list – will all the categories then show up on the calendar again?
Thank you,
Maggie
Hi guys –
Thank you! That’s really great news!
My client has a lot of oddly sized images and your slider actually displays
them in a way that doesn’t make the page height keep changing.Thanks for all the hard work you put into this!

It’s coming from my Gmail address. The title is “Information for Zippy Course and Sidebar Question.” Because that’s as creative as my brain could get on one cup of coffee. lol.
