Thanks so much — of course I understand you can’t support fixing the website, but you were a tremendous help. We think it’s the PHP version — so outdated. I’ve asked the host to upgrade and keeping fingers crossed.

Hello? File is where it should be, and I’m on my own as there is no technical webmaster around to help me. Do you have some ideas for where I might start looking to determine why the file comes up 404?

Hello Harmonic Design support and thanks for your patience. The results.php files is in the proper place. All the plugin files have 644 permissions — could this be the problem? What are the correct permissions for the results.php file?

Thank you! I’m hoping this is the problem as it’s easily corrected.

I’m waiting to see if the developer will provide me with credentials for the hosting account. Meanwhile, using the native WordPress Plugin Editor I can see the result.php file is there. I *can’t* see the file path, but I’m assuming it’s in the correct place. So perhaps there is some sort of manual blocking cia .htaccess. I will follow-up when I have more info — thank you for your help.

Hi there and thanks for the quick response.

IT’s definitely not the password because I thought of that and tested before posting here. ??

THe mystery is — I don’t see a security plugin of any sort. Here’s a complete list of plugins being used on the site:

    Advanced WP Columns
    Akismet Anti-Spam
    Black Studio TinyMCE Widget
    Child Theme Configurator
    Cookie Notice
    Easy Smooth Scroll Links
    HD Quiz
    MetaSlider
    Page Builder by SiteOrigin
    Responsive Menu
    SEO Redirection
    Simple Sitemap
    SiteOrigin CSS
    SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle
    Yoast SEO

Do you suppose it could be the SEO Redirection or the Yoast?

Using Responsive Lightbox works fine when applying WP Tiles via a Gallery, but when I try generating a shortcode to pull custom posts into a tiled gallery the link does not trigger the Lightbox. It just opens the media file.

I have set Responsive Lightbox to “Try to force lightbox for custom WP gallery replacements, like Jetpack tiled galleries” but it still isn’t working.

Any ideas? Many thanks for any help you guys can offer!
