Yes, I did send the trace log and you’re right it was successful.. it just took over 7 hours to complete though. Other systems I’ve tried take around 20seconds to zip up the same content to a backup.

That long time just doesn’t seem right.. does it to you?

So no errors as far as I can see.

mine completed… took about 5 hours for 200Mb. It’s encrypted.. but as far as I can tell looks ok in terms of size.

after a few hours.. I finally received this message:

A timeout occurred during backup (large files and slow servers are the common cause of this); trying again…

I was having the same issue. Package downloaded fine, but couldn’t read the installer file.

To get it via FTP you actually need to go to /wp-snapshots

The file will be called installer.php and with a massive prefix indicating which package it belongs to.

There doesn’t seem to be a way specify a different image for each button though via a shortcode. Did I miss something?

The main advantage I can see in having multiple databases, is that if I decide to delete a blog, it’s far easier to delete a database, than to go into a database and delete individual tables.

hmmm.. that didn’t work. In that I exported it and tried to re-import it to the same site, but it just said that everything already existed, so didn’t import anything.

So the obvious thing to do would be to do delete the current content… and then import it. But if I do that, would it then not be able to find the referenced media?

I was playing around, so moved the files before changing the settings.

Anyway, I have updated the links in settings and then updated the values in the DB. All has been working fine, except this one thing. Looks like I’ve missed something?

Do you know what to specifically change to correct the issue?
