Lets say we have ten posts for a cat, they show up on the html page 1-10. When a new post is submitted and approved in the cat on wordpress it then becomes number one on the html page.
now we have 11 posts.
Number 11 drops off of the center of the page and becomes a link in the left menu bar of the html page.

after 35 posts they are all posted in the archives on the right side of the page and kept indefinately.

Also I might mention it is instant post = instant update which means fresh/new html page content.

I redid the htaccess file to recognize the php code in a html page.

Then I put a php code in the top of the html to point to the database.

After that it was just making multiple catagory calls with the loop.

I can explain in more detail if you like.

Also I might add that many fckeditors add this in as well not just MS Word. Also I have seen a couple of instances where notepad did this.
If I am not mistaken you can over come <p class=”MsoNormal”>
by replacing it with <p>.

Have you tried to reload a newer version of your theme,
Try reloading a fresh copy:
You will need to remove/relocate the current theme entirely from your themes folder, then reload the theme from this link provided below:

https://themes.wordpress.net/columns/2-columns/141/wordpress-classic-15/

If this doesn’t help I will take a closer look at your source code after Christmas.
