I had the same problem and solve it installing the classic wordpress editor extension.

Wordpress 5.1 is not as good as ! Disappointed…

J’ai cliqué sur “Achats groupés” et ai ajouté au panier “10 tirages 15×20/15×15 = 3 offerts”

A ce stade, le groupe d’achats est dans le panier mais aucune image est attribuée. Je vois qu’il n’est plus possible de valider le panier sans avoir attribué d’image(s) aux achats contenus dans le groupe (package), c’est une bonne chose.

J’aurais préféré un système qui attribue automatiquement une réduction en fonction des produits et/ou de leur nombre dans le panier. Cela serait bien plus simple pour l’utilisateur !

Le problème rencontré était qu’après avoir ajouté le package au panier en cliquant sur “Ajouter au panier” il fallait attribuer la photo voulue à chaque produit composant le package et ce via un menu qui apparaissait dans la Lightbox.

Les clients étaient perdus et ceux qui validaient et payaient leur commande sans attribuer de photo aux produits me transmettaient une commande de package sans référence de photo… je ne savais donc pas quelle photo utiliser pour traiter la commande ! ce qui était vraiment bloquant !

Il est vrai que c’est une bonne extension de vente en ligne pour photographes mais mon avis est plus nuancé…

En effet, de nombreux clients m’ont interrogé à propos de la vente en pack (module packages de l’extension)

Certains ne parvenaient pas à passer de commande, d’autres arrivaient à payer et j’avais alors des commandes de packages sans produits ! Que dois je envoyer au client ???

J’ai étudié le process de vente spécifique à la vente en lots que permet ce module et ai constaté un problème majeur.

Je ne vais pas m’étaler sur ce point mais j’ai informé et alerté Derek en vain… en effet, il m’a répondu que le processus de vente de packages est prévu ainsi et que cela ne changera pas… ce qui est vraiment dommage !

J’ai donc arrêté de souscrire aux mises à jours en ne renouvelant pas la licence et ai procédé moi même à quelques modifications de code pour faciliter la commande de packages.

I still use Sunshine Photo Cart but without any licence.

As I do not have already switched to another e-commerce solution, I am able to renew the licence if the packet buying process is updated / optimized to be easy to use by my customers.

I have bought the Sunshine Photo Cart (all the solution) one year and one month ago.

I have already submit a support ticket for this add-on I have already paid but it will stay as it is as it has been answered to my support request…

I have been very disappointed by this so I do not have renewed the licences and look for another solution.

The paquet buying process is to complicated !

1- The customer add 1 paquet in the picture lightbox (OK)

2- Doing that, a paquet configuration area appears

The cart contains the paquet without any reference to the lightbox’s picture

The customer can validate and pay the cart at this moment. (It’s a problem because there’s no picture reference)

3- The customer must manually affect the picture to each product of the paquet

4- Then the cart contains the paquet with the corresponding picture…

I think it would be more efficient / judicious to directly affect the picture of the lightbox at each product of the paquet !

Some customers pay without affect the picture so the cart contain a paquet without any picture reference…

Some others don’t buy !!! (To complicated)

The watermark is only for pictures preview. It is not on downloaded pictures…
