In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Total Cache CDN not working with Magic Zoom plugin.Hi Scott,
W3 Total Cache and Magic Zoom work nicely together when using default settings but its possible there could be compatibility issues depending on the customisations you make to your Total Cache configuration.
Please contact the Magic Toolbox support team with the URL of your store and the details about the issue. They will resolve it for you.
For fast support in future, please go direct to the support team at Magic Toolbox. Nobody saw your post on the WordPress forum until now.

In reply to: Magic zoom not workingWhich plugin have you installed for image zooming? There is a WordPress plugin for Magic Zoom but the one you should use is the JigoShop plugin. It was designed specifically to integrate into the product pages of JigoShop to zoom images and swap between multiple images using dissolve/fade effects.

Before you install it, please uninstall your existing plugin.
Looks like you managed to get this working already.
If you need more options for your zoom, Magic Zoom Plus can zoom on hover and enlarge on click. The WordPress plugin lets you change the zoom options without editing your code.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Zoom in the imageWhat sort of image zoom do you want in WooCommerce?
For any zoom, you must upload large images (preferably 1000px width or more) to your WooCommerce store and and use a WooCommerce zoom plugin such as Magic Zoom Plus.

Is the featured image the home page banner? As you say, it doesn’t give you the control to edit the HTML around it so you can’t apply Magic Zoom Plus automatically. You’ll need to make some edits to the template files.
The tech support team can give you more advice, via the contact form and perhaps make some edits to your template.
How did you install Magic Zoom Plus?
It works with CartPress and the WordPress boot theme, so it should just be a matter of following the setup instructions here:

If you get stuck, help is available from the Magic Toolbox developers.

In reply to: Plugins for Image Zoom and for taggingHi Timmi,
For image zooming, you can consider:
- Magic Zoom for WordPress – zooms only
- Magic Zoom Plus for WordPress – zooms on hover and enlarges on click
- Magic Touch for WordPress – multi-level zoom using tools (like Google Maps). Ideal for very big images.
They are all WordPress plugins. The main difference with the Magic Touch plugin is that it serves the images, not just the effects. There is a free plan for up to 10,000 images per month. If you have more visitors than that, you must buy zooms.
If you choose Magic Zoom or Magic Zoom Plus, they are free for non-commercial use, paid for commercial use.
