This is the same as my issue. (Using Divi / Dokan / Eventin – all themes/plugins are up to date)
Hi,
This was one of the first things I checked, the single seller option in Dokan is turned OFF.
I have also sent an email on to your support as well.Hi, thank you for the feedback.
I have sent an email regarding the sub-total issue.
I now also understand that Eventin does not allow for tickets to be purchased from different events at the same time and one also can’t update ticket information prior to checkout.
But one issue that has come up and I don’t think is correct is that because I have Eventin activated on my multivendor setup with Dokan & WooCommerce, I can’t purchase product from the marketplace from different vendors. Surely Eventin should have nothing to do with my product purchases if I’m not purchasing an event ticket?
UPDATE: So I now know that one can’t checkout more than 1 event at a time (even when using Eventin together with Dokan). But, the problem is that the multivendor checkout doesn’t seem to work even when I’m adding product to my cart (and no Event) from the multivendor store on my site.
1. I get this error message: “Sorry, In cart you have products from multiple vendors. Multiple vendor products in same transaction currently not available.”
2. the styling is broken on my checkout page (I can also see errors in the browser)
If I deactivate Eventin everything works fine again. Surely Eventin should not be blocking me from purchasing multiple product from my multivendor store??
Hi,
With regards to not being able to checkout products with an event ticket, I’ve tested and see now that there is a error page that comes up telling the customer that they can’t do this, however that page looks bad and also doesn’t seem to conform to the Divi template for the site.
Is this controlled by Eventin or how could one customise this page?
Here is a screenshot of the broken page: https://jmp.sh/BnM537fDIs there maybe a way you guys could block or hide the “Proceed to Checkout” option in the cart if an event is in the cart together with another product?

Hi, thank you for the response.
I do hope that the product/upsell gets included in an update soon :).
Hi,
Thanks, yes, I can see that the Divi template is now working with the event checkout, thank you.
Only issue now is that the global header doesn’t see the page title etc., so it isn’t able to pull in dynamic content related to the page as it does on other pages. One also can’t create a template for the eventin-purchase/checkout specifically.
See this screenshot: https://jmp.sh/fmXbO5SM
Where you see the breadcrumb and title, it should ideally say EVENT BOOKING instead of BLOG and the breadcrumb should also say EVENT BOOKING instead of TEST.Hi,
Thanks for the video, but I am using Divi, which is where I think the issue lies. (NOTE: This was working before the previous update of your plugin – not the most recent update which came out yesterday.)

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I am aware that the issue could be theme related, but you guys do say that your plugin is compatible with Divi… so it should work.
With regards to the editing of the ticket, what if I wanted to edit the attendee information of that ticket purchase? Surely there should be a way to edit my ticket purchase before completing the checkout without having to re-do the ticket purchase. So with that, one should be able to add/remove number of tickets.
I’ve tested the cart clearing with the standard 2024 WP theme and the same thing happens. If I add a ticket to my cart for an event and then add another ticket for an event (it can even be from the same event), the entire cart is emptied and only the new ticket is available in the cart. I.e., I can’t add more than one event ticket to the cart.Hi,
Ok, this unfortunately is a big problem :(. It doesn’t make sense to not be able to purchase multiple tickets for different events in one go. Then Eventin you should make this clear from the get go and also not say that it works with Dokan.
The Dokan integration leads one to believe that Eventin has multivendor capabilities with the assumption being that you could sell tickets from different vendors for different events together with product etc. in one basket. So bottom line, Eventin actually only works for a single vendor with a single event.
Hi,
With the previous issue nothing showed, now at least the checkout process is showing (after the update), but as mentioned, the Divi template seems to be ignored by Eventin.
I’ll contact you guys via email as there seem to be a number of bugs and incompatibilities between Divi / Dokan / Eventin etc.
Hi,
As an admin I can create an event, this works (as per your screenshot). The issue is that as a Vendor I can’t, as the screen just loads blank and the browser shows JS errors.
If I change the author of an event I didn’t clone, it also breaks the event and I can’t purchase any tickets for it.
Hi, thanks. The update seems to have sorted out the checkout issue. I have however picked up on some other issues which I have put in a new topic…
Hi, yes, all plugins / themes etc. are up to date.
The errors are only there when Eventin is activated with Divi.
