I have the same issue. Divi theme, no checkbox displayed only the opt-in text.

So it seems the primary issue has been fixed by unchecking all automatic removal rules. Is there a setting to cache logged-in users? I do not mind clearing the cache myself the website is pretty static.

No, not that I know of. I thought it was fixed for a bit but it is having the same problem now.

There is no log entry for 11:12:49. Probably because as instructed per guide I selected the admin ip option.

I will switch debug logging to ‘on’ instead of ‘admin’ and only log 2 pages. Let’s hope that gives the results needed.

In the meanwhile does cache get destroyed when the litespeed webserver restarts? (Htaccess rewrites trigger a restart of the webserver).

Simple mode uses the much slower php caching which does not need rewrite rules.

I have a suggestion. How about you add a checkbox on settings page that says ” I am an expert” and then it disables the checks? Would make my life a lot easier. Else it gets overwritten each update.

Untrue, I with the check disabled I have been running WPFC and speed-booster without any issues for 2 weeks now. In this case it was the remove WP version from the header part. Your checks are forcing people to choose. We know the reason is not incompatibility. So why? And why not just notice instead of refusing the plugin to enable at all?

Main issue is that I am using already plugins that get my Google Pagespeed up to 99/100 (such as moving scripts to footer, css/js combine/merge, etc). I just need a really good caching plugin to deliver the results in static HTML form. WPFC was best for that!

If in time it turns out WPFC can also get your score up to 99/100 then I can always decide to use that. Would like the choice!

I still have been unable to resolve this option. I have tried pretty much every combination of options there is. Still every 1-2 hours the frontpage is re-generated. Right now I have set garbage to 0 and preload to 0. Yet 1 minute ago I visited the page and the timestamp updated.

All my pages are completely static and are only updated weekly. So that would not matter.

I am seeing this on all websites I have WP Super Cache installed. So far I tried 6. Is there anyone that can confirm this is a bug?

I am getting errors with W3 totalcaching in PHP 7.0 mode. You see them in your httpd logs.

There is a github fix BUT that breaks the non-www>www forwarding. Your non-www will just display >?.

For now I have had to abandon W3 totalcaching.

Does your version work with 4.4? Also could you GitHub it (with permission from the original author)?

After some research I found out that when you do live snapshots the InnoDB are supposedly safer than MyISAM (that can get broken, whereas InnoDB should auto heal from journalling).

I guess I would like to see an option to enable optimizating InnoDB :).
