If you go to the settings page for Peter’s redirect plugin, at the bottom of the page are some options to “customize plugin settings”. The third option starting with: “Use external redirect file….” should be set to Yes. Take note of the URL mentioned: ‘https://www.yoursite.com/wp-content/plugins/peters-login-redirect/wplogin_redirect_control.php’ After changing yoursite.com to your URl, paste this into the Login redirect: form on the sidebar login options page.
This worked as a charm for me, hope it does for you as well.
