On the other hand, when the voice is recorded, I do receive the email with the form but not the recording.

J’ai désactivé tous les plugins, celui qui pose problème c’est WPFCpremium; avec WPFC, il n’y a pas de problème.Donc, maintenant, tout fonctionne. Easy Form works fine.

The problem comes from fastest cache premium.
I have disabled and easy form works
I don’t know exactly where it comes from…..
