I fixed it. I had to add this to the html for the title links in the new rows: target="_parent" rel="noopener noreferrer"

Sorry to be a nuisance. I did what you said and now I have them all renumbered. Unfortunately, where I have added the new rows, everything has moved across one column to the left, so for those rows my ‘rating’ column is now in the place of the ‘title’ column and the ‘season’ column is now in the place of the ‘rating’ column. The numbers that now appear in the ‘title’ column are hyperlinks, and they work. You will see this in rows 9, 24, 41 and on through the table.

I think I did it before by exporting the table into Excel and renumbering things there. Then I imported it back into TablePress. Unfortunately, when I export to Excel all my hyperlinks are destroyed.

I was confusing “Order ID” with “Transaction ID” and now understand that they are different.

In the case of the two orders that had the same Order ID (one order did not appear on the Order ID page at all), my understanding is that they were two separate transactions, minutes apart, from the same buyer at the same address and IP address. Two different credit cards were used. The orders definitely arrived at the plug-in, because they are in the log, where they appear with the same Order ID number.

Anyway, the money went through, which is the main thing.

On the question of transaction numbers, the transaction ID number the goes out with the seller emails has no resemblance to the transaction ID number in the Cart Orders page. Is that how it should be?

There are records of two sales in the PayPal account, two seller emails were generated by the plug-in, but only one record was created in Cart Orders. And in the log.txt both transactions have the same ID number. That can’t be right, can it? I’m prepared to believe it’s PayPal’s fault.

Well, except that I have no record of one of the sales on my site. Does PayPal generate the sale ID number? If so this is probably their fault.
