Sometimes express checkout may not appear as it is totally dependent on browser configuration and payment method available in the browser.
You can find more information in this list of prerequisites for using GPay.
Also, please check at chrome://settings/payments on your desktop/laptop computer if the “Allow sites to check if you have payment methods saved” option is enabled.
Please make sure to use the same email ID for your GPay account.

If the abandoned orders are not getting captured, WP Cron is probably disabled on your website, and you will need to activate it to capture the abandoned orders.

If the abandoned orders are captured, but the emails are not going through, you will need to configure SMTP to resolve the issue.

You shouldn’t have added the define( ‘DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT’, true ); to the wp-config.php file.
You should have removed or commented it.

Yes, you’re right. It’s not possible to import/export the store checkout.

As a workaround, you can export your design using your page builder.

This is actually handled by WooCommerce core itself and we don’t have an option to change it.
You may use a third-party plugin for this. I recommend to once check with WooCommerce support to see if there’s any standard method to achieve your requirement.

You can design your emails outside of the plugin and then paste the HTML code to use your custom design.

Lastly, it is not possible as of now to have the express checkout without card payment, as express checkout is dependent on card processing.

There are multiple reasons for this issue. Please navigate to Users > Profile and make sure the ” Disable the visual editor when writing” is not checked.

If that didn’t help, try to edit your wp-config.php file and omit the following code if existed:
define( ‘DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT’, true );
