Its simple, hook any function to afterScroll hook.

// Add an event listener
document.addEventListener('afterScroll', function () {
	console.log('Fires after scroll');
});

Deactivating the plugin will wont impact on the settings. The setting remains the same after deactivating. Let me know if you are still having any issue.

Seems like you’ve got it working with some other Gutenberg blocks that support loading automatically.

Catch Infinite Scroll plugin totally depends on WordPress navigation. Without WP navigation, this plugin does not work.

However, we would like to reassure you that our plugin, Generate Child Theme only concerns with creating child themes and does not change anything on the parent theme. Meanwhile, there might be a conflict in another plugin you’re using that’s causing the issue you mentioned. Please try deactivating the plugins successively to identify the conflicting plugin. The plugin works out-of-the-box with WordPress default pagination, no need touch the coding. However, you’ll need to specify some selectors in the theme to make the plugin work correctly.
