Hi Javier,
My provider CloudWays has set all settings to almost limitless, but when starting an import of a small 21kB file with 20 users, the back-end keeps waiting and is never coming back. Strangely enough though by forcing the browser to reload it seems that the users have been imported. But I don’t know if all is complete.

I have same problem.
502 or 503 errors on nginx.
My provider changed all kind of settings to no avail.
Can you be more speficied what settings to change?Thanks for both answers.
Still strange that it didn’t happen on the old website, where I was NOT using Kadence.
But I was also using another theme, so I don’t know if that can be confusing to Outlook.PS: I agree that Outlook is rubbish, but I cannot persuade my client to switch…

I did some testing, but first answers on your question:

Cannot even remove manually the watermark as it results in “Something happened – failed watermark applying”Only the new images work as expected.

Thanks for making me aware of the rules.
The possibilities look great and exactly what I need.But….. it doesn’t work for images that I already branded and I cannot unbranded images anymore. It gives an error message: “Something happened – failed watermark applying”
Also after removing the rule, unbranded the images and add a new rule.
Does it take time to notice a rule has been deleted?
Or something else causing this?Hi Njones35,

Your plugin has the great option to only allow local avatars, but not for the default ones.

I just changed my review to 5 star.
I had to enable the avatar in the WP-dashboard settings.
So now it is working.
Maybe you can add comment or a check in the plugin that this setting is necessary.Forum: Plugins

When I use the straight single quote ‘ it works.I hope the CC recipients fields is dynamic, so I don’t want to fill static email addressed, but e.g. an email field from the form that is triggering the SMTP plugin. Or is is just meant to be for static email addresses?
