In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Review not shown with shortcodeSo I have one manually entered comment and one genuine:
- I tried to import the template to add the one comment officially. I got an error and “try again later” but it was still imported. But comment shows as “Reviewer” not as a “verified buyer”. When I added an order_id it showed “via CR”. But none of both show up at the product. Only the genuine comment written on the webpage showed up.
- Exporting gave me also an error but worked once I deleted the manual entry.
- The genuine verified comment did not have order_id on export.
- The layout should be more flexible as it takes up a a lot of space with a two column design. Maybe give layout options.
I think a design to use the full width would make more sense as it runs already in a column within my product description.
Both Links “Find out more” and “verified overall ratings” lead to the (empty) link for review-authenticity. Somewhere I must apparently set it up.
- I don’t think both links should be named the same and it is not necessary to have them repeatedly shown. The Overall Ratings seems to be placed automatically. Can I place it individually or disable?

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Review not shown with shortcodeYes, correct. I added the review manually as an Admin. As an admin I am not a customer so I cannot leave a review ?? And I cannot check the implementation of the review form as an Admin…
btw: Having a Title within the Review Tab is kind of obsolete I think. Yes, with manually adding a CSS I can hide it.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Review not shown with shortcodeI realise that the (manually added review by admin) shows the user as a “store manager” although he has a custom user role.
I hope this helps. URL is not publicly accessible. Shop still in development.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Reviews for Coupons not for text reviewsThanks. Good page for clarification but limited options.
Discount tiers solely depend on the amount media attached for each review but coupons given for any specified review. No count can be specified.
It doesn’t seem possible to give discounts for like every three, five or 10 reviews.
Not every shop owner wants to give a discount for every single review.
Also the Download Block should be an independent block so users can customize layout accordingly. Otherwise the Order Details block can become humongous.

The plugin doesn’t work without being able to sign up with coinbase business. You run coinbase and this plugin as a service which fails in function and support for me.

In reply to: [One Stop Shop for WooCommerce] First shop, no taxes in ReportTo clarify: VAT as a text and VAT amount was shown but not a VAT rate. As those orders were with local taxes they wouldn’t have shown up in OSS report anyway. so I can’t tell if they were recognized correctly or just ignored. Same result.
But yes, it seems since resetting the tax rates in the OSS menu the tax RATES show correctly. Strange because all tax rates had been correct. Maybe OSS just didn’t recognize.
my first invoices showed e.g. “VAT 14,92 EUR” instead of “19% VAT 14,92 EUR”
I found menu Analytic-Taxes to make a report on local country’s taxes as OSS is only for any other EU country. I still have to report local taxes to Mr. Taxman ??

In reply to: [One Stop Shop for WooCommerce] First shop, no taxes in ReportIt wasn’t clear to make a report in OSS and not a System Status report. I think I mixed it up.
Strangely the report now shows taxes. But it seems wrong. Only one country’s tax is shown and tax amount doesn’t correspond to what I have in invoices and what Woocommerce-Analytics show me:
What I see:
I couldn’t see any VAT rates displayed in orders although VAT was charged for EU customers. I charge full gross price for everyone. Since they were home country in EU they wouldn’t show up in OSS report anyway.
But around 24hrs ago I replaced tax rates with OSS rates and used the “gross for EU and other customers” (while I already had gross prices and used a snipped to keep gross price for non-EU customeers). And it seems from then on orders show the VAT rate in the orders.
So OSS report is actually correct only capturing non home country VAT sales in the EU.
I wonder which overview shows me all orders with taxes. I either get a combined overview in analytics-orders for every day or single orders but no taxes shown in overview with Woocommerce-Orders.

Report generated but won’t post in public. Logs seen. Only daily woo payment and generator entries since I went live.
