thank you for your report. From reading the error messages you shared the problem originates in the “Add-on Contact Form 7 – MailPoet 3” plugin. I checked their forums and they are aware of the issue and working on a fix:

Hi @vloo, I’ve looked at the specific strings you mentioned, and all of them are ran through the WordPress’ translate functions and as such should be translatable (e.g., confirmation page, after confirmation).
I don’t have access to WPML, but I’ve tested Loco Translate and it located those strings (see screenshot below).

MailPoet doesn’t use translate.wordpress.org. We use Transifex (https://explore.transifex.com/wysija/mp3/) and languages are then distributed through translate.wordpress.com, so you won’t find up-to-date strings on translate.wordpress.org.

sorry for the late reply. I went into our sending logs to look for your domain. I see that we did send for you on Monday, Wednesday and Friday post notifications. At the moment, I suspect that what you are experiencing is actually, what we tried to summarize today in our post here https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/update-on-mailpoet-email-sending-and-newsletter-statuses/
For Monday we did send 33 post notifications for you, on Wednesday 36 and on Friday 38. If you are still on 4.43.0 I would expect that todays post notification appear as normally send (Monday and Wednesday might still appear as “stuck”, that should be solved in our next release). If that is not the case, please reply, so we can further investigate.

at the moment, we do not plan to support shortcodes in the send notification email, mainly because these shortcodes are referencing to a subscriber. In the case of the Send Notification step, it is ambiguous who is the subscriber and there might not be a subscriber at all.
But we are collecting feature requests here https://mailpoet.canny.io/. If you want to see this feature developed, it would be great, if you could open a request there, so we are able to gauge interest in this.

we are sorry that you experience these problems. I looked into some logs and I saw that our service has sent out 3 different automation emails in the last two days.
I noticed your domain is not yet authorized and therefore we currently do rewrite your sender address, as you are using a free email provider to send your emails from. We advise you use a branded domain to send your emails from.

I am very sorry for what you are experiencing. Can you answer me a couple of question, so we can get to the bottom of this.
- What is your website?
- Are you sending with our MailPoet Sending Service or with another method?
- At what day was the post notification supposed to be send?
- If you have also filed a ticket in our own support system, can you give me the ticket number of that request?

I found a MailPoet.com account associated with your domain (veganpaws.de), however, the only subscription you have on your account has been set to be canceled and is not currently active on any website.
I see the problem is that in the past week, you have sent emails to more than 2,154 unique recipients, which is way over you’re allowed to when sending with the free version of the plugin. Because of that, the limit is set not regarding the number of subscribers you have in the plugin, but the number of subscribers you’ve sent emails to through our servers. In this case, sending is blocked?for the next 30 days, and you should receive a notification email from us about it. You can either wait for sending to be reactivated or upgrade your plan to a higher one.
