In reply to: [Better Image Credits] Caption/Title not showing upOk, so I do need it to be the featured image since it needs to show up on the category page for the other articles. Is there a work around for it to show the caption for the featured image? I have added the caption in the title space because that is showing up, I just need to be before the image credit and not after.

In reply to: [Better Image Credits] Caption/Title not showing upI have added two files for you in the folder please see. For some reason it was not showing any shortcode when viewing it in default editor setting, so I have copy/pasted the html source code in text doc then again pasted that in the WP page. So the shotcodes then were visible. Its almost looking like the original article except for some indentations… hope this helps.

In reply to: [Better Image Credits] Caption/Title not showing upHi Claude,
Thank you so much for the prompt reply! Just wanted to clarify that I have not added the code on the image page or on the post page. The caption is coming automatically from the settings page of better image. The auto caption is checked. Even after adding a caption it is not showing up on under the image. So i started fiddling with the below code.
For some reason while typing the above first post it removed the code so sending you the code again, in the actual code there are no extra spaces between the [] Unfortunately i cannot attach a screenshot of the settings page here…
Below is the code on the settings page in the template field.
a href=”[ link ]” target=”_blank” [source],/a [ title ]If I change this above code to either
[ caption ] a href=”[ link ]” target=”_blank” [ source ] /aOR
[ title ] a href=” [ link ]” target=”_blank” [ source ] /a(have removed the “<” so that it shows you the entire code.}
they are not working… its giving the title/caption between the image credits.
hope this helps!
