Hi @havidz ,
The course duplication feature is part of the Tutor LMS Pro. However, this forum is only for free products. Please reach out to us at https://tutorlms.com/support/ for assistance.
Additionally, for migrating complete course data, including lessons and other components, using a plugin like All-in-One WP Migration and Backup is recommended.
Let us know if you need further guidance!
Thank You.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback!
The course duplication feature is available in Tutor LMS Pro. For migrating courses to another website, you can easily use third-party import/export plugins.

MaizulHi @face2005 ,
Thank you for your query. Based on your description and the screenshot provided, it seems the quiz was passed at least once before, which is why the green checkmark is still displayed even after deliberately answering incorrectly.
To verify, you can try failing the quiz multiple times without ever passing it once.
Best regards,
MaizulHi,
Thank you for getting back to us with additional details!
If you choose to roll back to the previous version of the theme, the functionality and design of your site will return to how it was before the update. However, I strongly recommend taking a full backup of your site before rolling back, to ensure that you can restore it if anything goes wrong during the process.
Regarding the retina logo: leaving the retina logo field empty can affect the user experience on high-resolution devices, as it may cause the logo to appear blurry or improperly scaled. To resolve the issue, I recommend uploading a retina logo that matches the correct dimensions of your regular logo.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
Best regards,
MaizulHi,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details of the issues you’re facing.
- Logo Display Issue: It’s possible that the issue may be due to cached data. Could you try clearing your browser cache and the cache on your website, if you have any caching plugins enabled? This often resolves such display issues.
- Manual Enrollment Issue: The specified feature is part of the Tutor LMS Pro. However, this forum is only for free products.
If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out!

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Editing course pageHi @artoftech
I’m glad to hear you’ve been able to edit the course pages using the Tutor LMS Elementor add-on. Currently, the customization for individual lesson pages is limited to the default WordPress editor.
If you need help with anything else, feel free to reach out!
Best regards,
MaizulHi,
Please ensure the following settings when editing with Elementor:
- Enable the required settings as shown in this screenshot: Settings Screenshot.
- Ensure you are using the official Tutor LMS 3.0 version along with the Tutor LMS Elementor Add-On 3.0 from the www.ads-software.com repository. Any version mismatch could cause conflicts.
- Make sure you’re using the WP editor when working on the course description. Alternatively, you can switch to Legacy Mode and check if there is any content inside the description box.
Let me know if the issue persists after these steps, and we can look into further solutions.
Best regards,
MaizulHi @sitebland
Thank you for reaching out. Could you please specify which page you are trying to edit using Elementor? Providing a screenshot of the issue would be very helpful for diagnosing the problem.
Additionally, ensure that the required settings for editing with Elementor are enabled by following this documentation: Tutor LMS Elementor Integration Guide.
Let me know if you need further assistance.

Thanks for reaching out.
To troubleshoot, please try changing your site language:
- Go to Settings > General in your WordPress Dashboard.
- Find Site Language, choose a different language (like English), and click Save Changes.
- Clear your cache if you’re using a caching plugin.
Now, check the course display to see if this resolves the issue. Let us know if the problem persists.
Best regards,
Maizul, Tech SupportHey @mellemeijer ,
If you’re experiencing issues with translations reverting to their original form after being updated, this could be due to caching. Here are some steps you can try:
- Clear Cache: Purge all cache from your caching plugin as well as from your browser. This often resolves issues with stale content being displayed.
- Disable Cache Plugin Temporarily: If clearing the cache doesn’t help, try disabling the cache plugin temporarily. Caching plugins can sometimes interfere with real-time updates, especially with translations.
Please let us know if this helps or if further assistance is needed.
