I’ve informed the development team about the issue. With the upcoming release of Tutor LMS 3.0, we expect the attachment uploading issue to be resolved, allowing the functionality to work as intended.
We appreciate your patience, and if you have any more concerns or questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

MaizulHi @lazal2us ,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. You can upload multiple files in an assignment by following these steps:
- Click on “Choose File.”
- Select all the files you want to upload at once by either dragging your mouse to highlight them or using your keyboard controls (e.g., holding down the Ctrl or Shift key while selecting files).
- Once you’ve selected the files, click “Open” or “Okay.”
- Finally, click on “Submit Assignment.”
This method ensures that all the selected files are uploaded together. If you encounter any further issues, feel free to reach out for assistance.
Thank You.Hi @7hephysicist,
Sorry to hear about the issues you’re facing with the course archive page. I checked on our end and didn’t find any responsive issues. Could you please try viewing the page on a different device to see if the problem persists?
If the issue continues, let me know, and I’ll be happy to help further.
Thank You,
MaizulHi @rahulkapoordelhi86 ,
Unfortunately, there isn’t a built-in filter in the default WordPress editor to directly move the course intro video or ensure the featured image displays along with it.Hey @rahulkapoordelhi86 ,
I’m glad to hear that the Course Intro Video is saving now. To address your current concerns:- Featured Image Display: To display the featured image along with the course intro video, I suggest using the Elementor plugin. Elementor Pro includes features to showcase the featured image effectively.
- Moving Course Intro Video: If you want to move the course intro video above the course price, you can use Elementor to customize the layout. Tutor LMS also offers a Tutor LMS Elementor Addons, which allows you to edit course pages with Tutor LMS elements.
If you need further assistance or have any other questions, please let me know.
Thank you. Thanks for sharing the course page URL and the additional details. The solution likely involves adjusting the editor settings in Tutor LMS. Please try the following steps:
- Disable Gutenberg Editor:
- Go to Tutor LMS > Settings > Advanced.
- If the Gutenberg editor is enabled, disable it.
- Enable WP Editor for Lessons:
- Navigate to Settings > Course.
- Under the “Lesson” section, enable the WP Editor for Lesson option.
These changes should allow the intro video to save correctly. Let me know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance.
Thank You.Hey @rahulkapoordelhi86,
Thanks for the additional details and the screenshot. The “Course Intro Video” feature in the free version should indeed display the video on the course page.
Please make sure that the YouTube video’s visibility is set to “Unlisted” or “Public,” as private videos won’t display. Additionally, could you provide thelink to the course
where you’ve added the video? This will help us investigate why it’s not appearing on the frontend.
Thank you.Hi @rahulkapoordelhi86 ,
Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the confusion. It seems there may be some mix-up between the “Course Intro Video” and “Course Preview” features.
Could you please share the course link where you’re seeing this issue and a screenshot of where you’ve enabled the course preview option? This will help us understand and assist you better.
Thank you.Hi @rahulkapoordelhi86,

Hi @rchinchilla,
Thank you for your interest in Tutor LMS Pro! I’m glad to hear you’re considering the premium version.
The feature of using shortcodes inside lessons is indeed available. You can easily add shortcodes directly from the lesson editor. This allows you to enhance your lessons with additional functionality. For more information on using shortcodes in Tutor LMS, please check out our documentation: Tutor LMS Shortcodes.
I’ve also attached a screenshot to guide you through the process.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Buyers not enrolledHi @jackoneill,
Thank you for providing detailed information about your issue. I tested the same scenario on my local site and didn’t encounter any problems. To help resolve the issue on your end, please try the following steps:- Deactivate and Reactivate Plugins:
- Go to your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Navigate to Plugins > Installed Plugins.
- Deactivate both Easy Digital Downloads and Tutor LMS.
- Reactivate Easy Digital Downloads first, then Tutor LMS.
- Check for Plugin Conflicts:
- Deactivate all other plugins except for Easy Digital Downloads and Tutor LMS.
- Try purchasing a course again to see if the issue persists.
- If the problem is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one, testing the purchase process each time to identify if a specific plugin is causing a conflict.
- Clear Cache:
- After deactivating and reactivating the plugins, make sure to clear your site cache.
- If you’re using a caching plugin, go to its settings and clear the cache.
- If your hosting provider offers server-side caching, clear that cache as well.
These steps should help identify if there’s a plugin conflict or if a simple reactivation resolves the issue. Please let me know if you continue to experience problems, and we can explore further troubleshooting steps.

Thank you.Hi @juanminino,
Issue: It seems like a Tutor LMS Elementor Addons issue which has a missing translation for “By”.Solution: Here is the step-by-step solution that resolved the issue for me:
- Install the
"Loco Translate"
plugin fromPlugins > Add New Plugin
andactivate
it. - Click on
"Loco Translate"
from theadmin menu
, then click on thesubmenu "Plugins"
. - You will see a list of installed plugins. Click on
"Tutor LMS Elementor Addons"
. - Click on your preferred language (Spanish in this case).
- First, click on
"Sync"
so that the missing languages can merge. - In the
"Filter translations"
input, search for the"keyword"
or"source text"
you want to translate. - At the bottom input field, fill in the translated word as you want for the
keyword
andsave
.
Upon following these steps, the missing translation issue should be resolved.
