In reply to: [Plugin Organizer] significant admin-ajax requestsI’ll see what else support can provide. But, yes, we had a number of post-type settings where we used PO – I think nine total with the standard ones and some CPT’s. I didn’t realize that using PO to selectively load on the different post types would affect it like this, so I have reconfigured a couple of types to remove them from being enabled on the PO settings page.
There are still seven types where we are using “Custom Post Type Support” – probably five of these are really important to use PO to help resolve conflicts.
I’m just going to remove those CPT’s with nominal post counts where I am using PO for performance convenience and just instead load everything on those. I’ll see what happens there.
I also reconfigured another plugin that was making a number of ajax requests.
Hoping the combination of all of the above resolves these issues.
Thanks for your timely reply.
Thanks, I’ve passed this along to the GP dev. I’ll update as needed.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar: Category Colors] Primary category colorHey Andy,
I understand that option exists, but while a category may be a ‘secondary’ on that event, that same category may be a ‘Primary’ category on other events… so we can’t hide those as it would preclude those categories from showing/working as desired.
Thank you for the timely followup. Hopefully at some point that option is available.
Updating this to say the problem has been resolved with the mods to 1.0.8. Solid support by the dev. Thanks.
Using v 1.0.7. I will open a ticket at that email. Thanks.
Hello,
Thank you for the timely reply.
On this site we are using Avada.
Thanks.
I also have found that if I click on the screen, a color picker modal appears. If I then change the color opacity in the box to fully transparent, then the page information displays.
Of course, once I refresh the page, everything disappears again.

Hello,
I see you have a recent update to the plugin. Did you get a chance to add deeplinking in this version?
Thanks.

In reply to: [Dynamic Widgets] Save Button Gone plugin conflictsHey I wanted to update this with more information. I took a chance and activated all three of the potentially conflicting plugins on the production site (with a quick deactivate trigger). Seems as though they all play nice together there, so it must be something specific to the staging environment. Not sure why as they have basically the same plugin stack. I’ll just keep an eye out and see if any issues arise.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Dynamic Widgets] Save button gone?Just a FWIW, I had the same issue, and seem to have a potential plugin conflict. Not sure if it relates to your issue or not, but I posted here:

In reply to: [Advanced Ads –?Ad Manager & AdSense] Reserve this spaceHello Thomas,
Thank you for the detail. Maybe just coincidentally, but in applying this, it also seems to allow me to add some styling which resolved a layout issue I had.
Thanks, and have a good day.

In reply to: [Plugin Organizer] Strange auto deactivationIt looks like this update to 9.3.3 has resolved this issue. I’ve been testing it on a dev site with no problems, and will update the live site this weekend.
Thanks for your timely reply to the issue.
Have a great day.

In reply to: [Plugin Organizer] Strange auto deactivationNo worries on the timing, I’m good to use 9.2.5 until you can get to it. I know there were a number of issues you were dealing with all at once with that spam plugin conflict, so stuff happens.
I’ll look for the update when it hits, and then post an update here after testing.
Thanks again for a really great plugin.
I just wanted to add to this thread that the same thing happened to me.
Although ON Globally, and ON on the Checkout page, my Stripe plugin was NOT showing, generating a ‘Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state.’ message in the checkout form.
But once I went in and also activated the Stripe plugin on the Home page (the one WP has set as ‘Front’) THEN everything worked again. Not sure why it needs to be that way, but I am just super happy that I found this thread and looked at that issue.
Thanks newshop for your post and Jeff for all your work on this plugin.
