In reply to: [Table of content] Love this useful plugin – but I made one change@sed Lex,
I totally get why you did this – I actually create top-level menus for plugins of my own internal use.
Thanks again for the excellent work on this plugin. ??

In reply to: [Simple Post Series with SEO!] Series List GlitchI’d also point out that:
1) The FAQ suggests you contact me directly if you’re having a problem.
2) The FAQ also tells you exactly how to adjust the CSS, if you don’t like the defaults.Regards,

First, I’m a little bummed that you rated this only 3 stars without emailing me first.Second, the problem you’re seeing is a CSS/theme issue – not a plugin issue. The plugin creates a DIV with it’s own class that you can use to provide any CSS adjustment/fix you like in your theme’s CSS editor. There’s no way the plugin can accommodate/anticipate how CSS/themes/this plugin will interact.

In reply to: [WP-Footnotes] [Plugin: WP-Footnotes] Unable to use links in the footnoteAh! I think I know what the problem is!!!
I like to use a double-space after a period when writing. However, when inspecting the source code of the page, I saw the following:
((
at the start of the footnote. I changed the double space before the footnote into a single space, and the problem disappeared. For some reason this issue did not occur when using a footnote without a link.I hope this helps,

In reply to: [WP-Footnotes] [Plugin: WP-Footnotes] Unable to use links in the footnoteHi Simon,
First off – this is one of my favorite and most-used plugins. Thank you for all your hard work on it.
Second – I am having the same problem as Jon. For some reason any footnote with “((” and “))” which contains a link does not show up as a footnote, whereas any footnote without a link will.
You can see my posts with this issue on my site here – https://www.makerblock.com
Thanks,

Hey Nick!
That looks great! Please do send me your modifications and I’ll add it to the plugin (and credit you, of course!).
Thanks,
MakerBlockA follow up request – could you remove the “<small>” tags from the attribution? The text sizing tends to mess with posts, whereas if the attribution is surrounded by a span with a “class=’compfight-attribution-sizing'” attribute, then people could apply any CSS/style they wish.
Rockin!!!
Hi WebFactory,
Looking at several WP 3.3 installs, it looks like the base types are still post and page.
Thanks!Correct – but that one change I suggested fixed it for me. I’m using the latest version of WP.
This was super helpful – thank you!
Is there a character or set of characters you’d suggest?
