I’ll try clearing the plugin cache and also disabling it.
The plugin i use is DB Cache Reloaded.
Ok that didn’t work.
I have added a text alignment code as per the theme makers instructions into the custom includes – custom styles section of Suffusion, i’ll try taking that out too just to see if thats the issue.
That code is p, .p {
text-align: left;
}Ok taking that out and clearing the cache didn’t work.
I will try the code directly into the theme.
Just tested after the latest update and the buttons are still not showing in my posts.
De-activating featured content in Suffusion restores the button.
Not sure if this is a theme specific problem or happening on other themes.
Thanks for the update, i’ll let you know after i test it out.

In reply to: NextGen breaks dashboard in WP 3.0Try the Suffusion theme and NextGen as i can guarantee that theme and NextGen work together with WordPress 3.0.
It could just be NextGen and that particular theme and WordPress 3.0 as it does work with my theme and 3.0.
I know there are other type plugins but i think NextGen is one of the best, it also gets updated still so it’s possible if you have dropped in to the plugin page and mentioned the themes involved they might take a look.

In reply to: NextGen breaks dashboard in WP 3.0P.S. site is https://www.darkrealmfox.com just in case you want to see that i am indeed using NextGen.
Perhaps its more of a theme issue.

In reply to: NextGen breaks dashboard in WP 3.0I’m using NextGen gallery with WordPress 3.0 and everything works just fine.
Are you sure NextGen is responsible.

In reply to: [Plugin: DB Cache Reloaded] Not compatible with WP 3.0 ??Yes that works like a charm.
Thanks.
Oh i did add <meta http-equiv=”X-UA-Compatible” content=”IE=EmulateIE7″/>
Thats because I.E. 8 was really not displaying content correctly and text was all small but that code which is in the meta section fixed it.
I did remove that code but it does not fix the Add/Share and Google Chrome issues with my site.
Whatever the issue is seems related to a problem with adding the featured content section into a widget below the header bar when using Suffusion.
It works on the theme owners site and no one else seems to have the problem.
Whatever it is is also messing the site up but only when viewed in Google Chrome, absolutely fine on all the other browsers.
Site is https://www.darkrealmfox.com
I do not see an issue with code and have not altered any code in Suffusion or WordPress so i don’t know whats going on. It’s baffling me since disabling featured content below the header actually brings the add/share buttons back and also makes my site work fine in Google Chrome.
I pass WC3 validation so i don’t see any bad code, not altered any either so like i say it’s baffling me.
I tried disabling plugins on the current page too with no luck.

In reply to: [Plugin: DB Cache Reloaded] Not compatible with WP 3.0 ??Yeah same problem for me, i had to de-activate tonight as after the upgrade it just broke the posting and updates section of the site.
Hopefully an update will be coming soon.
Super Cache won’t work for me so i’m kinda stuck for now and i need caching.
The patch also doesn’t work for me, i downloaded and installed in the DB Cache Reloaded plugin folder, still getting user.php errors.
Should the patch go elsewhere or do i need to edit it into a certain file. ?

In reply to: New post problem in version 3.0Ok disabled plugins until i found my problem one.
Appears to be one of my best plugins, DB Cache Reloaded.
I will try re-installing that plugin and hope it then works.

In reply to: New post problem in version 3.0Getting similiar issues, when i click updates in the admin panel i get this.
Fatal error: Call to undefined method wpdb::get_blog_prefix() in /home/darkre6/public_html/film_reviews/wp-includes/user.php on line 445
When i click a post to edit or view i get this below.
Fatal error: Call to undefined method wpdb::get_blog_prefix() in /home/darkre6/public_html/film_reviews/wp-admin/includes/user.php on line 260
Seems to be user.php.
I am going to try a re-installation
Incidentally i am using Suffusion theme which is set up for WordPress 3.0 ( i think )

In reply to: [Plugin: WordPress Mobile Pack] File Size Too Large – Fails MobiReadyI looked at NextGen gallery, i had enabled a setting in there.
Enable AJAX pagination: Browse images without reload the page. Note : Work only in combination with Shutter effect
I disabled that setting and i’m now getting a score of 5 and page size is reduced by over 60kb to 23kb.
Thats good, i also do not notice a huge issue with images loading in Nextgen gallery so i will leave that disabled.
If there is a way to get the Gallery working with Ajax enabled and reduce image size for mobiles then i would love to see it in a future update but for now i’ll leave that disabled.

In reply to: [Plugin: WordPress Mobile Pack] File Size Too Large – Fails MobiReadyThanks for the quick reply.
I have the remove media and simply styling all ticked.
I believe JQuery is part of the Suffusion theme as it has some slider options that use it, i think NextGen gallery might use it too.
I will look at the settings for Suffusion and see if something is switched on that shouldn’t be as i was getting a perfect 5 last month.
I’ll try switching off Bad Behaviour as a test, unfortunately i need the NextGen gallery for the site so must leave that on.

In reply to: [Plugin: WordPress Mobile Pack] File Size Too Large – Fails MobiReadyI disabled the Global Translator. the page size is still too large.
Could it be JQuery. ?
