In reply to: [WP-Slimbox2 Plugin] overlay appearing on top of imageThanks for the info, I’ll look into if it’s plugin specific code, or if it’s tied to the slimbox javascript.

I’ve been a bit sick, so I haven’t been able to wrap up the next release, however, the posted modification should still work.
I’m not sure what point you’re trying to make. The site you linked to isn’t running WP-Slimbox 2

I am working on something, though. It’s not a matter of switching from relative to absolute, it’s a matter of just pointing to the correct directory.
Just change url(images/default/loading.gif) to url(../images/default/loading.gif)
Then, when the next update is out (it’s delayed since I’m trying to get more than this fix into it) it will continue to work fine.
Thanks for pointing this out. I actually saw this the other night, but I didn’t actually process what it meant until you posted.
You’re quite right about the cause of the problem, a fix should be coming soon. Please post this question to the support forums: https://pixopoint.com/forum/index.php?board=6.0

Just thought I’d jump in here. My site was hacked, and wp-cumulus was tied to it, but I’m still trying to track down exactly how.
I never installed wp-cumulus, but somehow the hackers were able to upload their own hacked version of it (or at least, they added a perl script and some other stuff with executable rights).
I realize it’s probably coincidence that they chose to use this plugin as the route of the hack, but I thought I’d share that info.
I believe you asked this on the support forums, but if not go here.
This feature is being added in the next release.

That said, I’d recommend you tell WordPress as a whole to override its version of jQuery using a separate plugin for this purpose. (Only poorly coded or extremely old plugins manually include a link to jQuery).
