Can someone Please Please help me with this? I updated the new WordPress and now my Visual tool bar is acting funny. The link or the html or text is not working. I’ve tried everything from deactivating the plugins and refreshing WP and nothing seem to work. This is really frustrating. I need help with this topic. Thank you.

I’ve upgraded to the new Version of WordPress and now I am unable to hyperlink Url’s to the website. When clicking on the Visual editing formatting toolbar on the link button, it won’t link or unlink to anything. Please, I really need help with this. I tried everything and I’m unable to link at all.
