I have this same problem:
Ultimate Member version 2.0.25 needs to be updated to work correctly.
It is necessary to update the structure of the database and options that are associated with Ultimate Member 2.0.25.
Please visit “Upgrade” page and run the upgrade process.

I updated files manually FTP, also by upload by plugin manager.
But what php change I have to do to finish update process.
Beside I do not want to update to beta, but to stable version.

Any tips???
