How pathetic it is that you look at my site now when I had to pay someone to fix the issue you created when you made the update. I kept writing to you to take a look at what has happened and to fix the reason why my site crashed. But instead you completely ignored me. Now I will change to another theme because I am sure mine will get broken again when you make an update EVEN THOUGH CHANGES ARE WRITTEN IN CHILD THEME.

And I really liked your theme at the beginning and was planning to upgrade to premium but thankfully I did not.

Of course my changes were in child-theme and if you had replied and taken a look which I asked you in two threads of which one somehow got deleted misteriously you would have seen it. It is easy to blame me for something that is obviously your mistake as more users have had that problem.
But you instead decided to ignore me and what is the point now to reply to my review when I have decided to not use your theme.

My website https://www.adventuredonkey.com fell apart after the last update.

Pretty much evertything is gone including:
the title
slider photos
fa fa icons
additional text box which I wrote in child theme
header breadcrumb should not be there

Please tell me where I can send you my log in details to take a look because it is not one thing that got mixed up but pretty much everything except the footer.

Please tell me if there is an update that I need to make to child themes when there is an update to the parent theme?

My website now looks fine after recreating child theme if I am logged in to WordPress but if I log out then it doesn’t.

Please help

I use Orbisius Child Theme creator but do I need to re-create child themes every time there is a theme update?

What do you mean by re-uploading the latest theme package?

The changes I made I did them in child theme but still it all got affected. I manually re-did all the changes but I really don’t understand why it stopped pulling the information from the child theme. Because I don’t want to have to do this manually every time there is an update to the theme. Is there a reason why it wouldn’t pull the php and css files from child theme?
