I solved this problem. I changed other users to administrator and it works. Not ideal but it works. I had one more problem. I inserted a shortcode in the welcome panel(HTML section) and when I clicked save, the plugin erased all the data saved previously. Is it possible to use PHP in HTML section?

Hi. I tried to disable all plugins except wpmautic and I was still getting 404. But I solved the problem just now. I think it was a problem with permalinks. I temporarily redirected 404 to the wpmautic settings page and it is working now. I hope it will stay this way. Thank you for your help. Have a nice day. Bye Vasja
