Hi Scott. I am already using NextGen Plus.
With yoast I can setup twitter cards. The Problems Is.

Suppose If I have 10 images in gallery and I share in twitter only featured image is showing up. If I am navigating light box and shared 8th image to twitter the 8th image should should be show in summary of twitter card.

og:image > 8.image … instead of featured image
twitter:image > 8.jpg instead of featured image.
